AgroBucket is operated by KRUSHNA KRUSHI. This policy explains how to contact us about cancellations, returns and refunds.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an item is damaged, defective, missing or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Email AGROBUCKET123@GMAIL.COM or call +91 8669791655 with your order number and clear photos where available. An unboxing video may help but is not required to raise a complaint. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, return or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

Contact us before dispatch if you wish to cancel. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. After dispatch, we may be unable to stop the shipment. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after dispatch unless we agree to one. Opened, used, tampered-with or perishable products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How returns work

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. We will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping where the item is damaged, defective, missing components or not as described. If we agree to a change-of-mind return, we will tell you any return-shipping cost before you send it.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and assessed, we will tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, where possible, within 7–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. If we cannot fulfil or deliver a prepaid order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

Product performance and consumer rights

Product performance can depend on storage, application, soil, weather and other conditions. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under Indian consumer-protection law.
