AgroBucket is an online store operated by KRUSHNA KRUSHI. We currently offer shipping to serviceable addresses in India. Delivery availability and the shipping charge for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing and delivery

Our current standard domestic shipping options show an estimated delivery period of 5–8 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Timing can vary with product availability, destination, holidays, weather and carrier operations. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an order or deliver to the address provided; if a prepaid order cannot be completed, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

Shipping and tracking

We will send an order confirmation and, when available, dispatch and tracking details to the contact information you supply at checkout. Please check your name, phone number, address and PIN code carefully. Contact us promptly if they need correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please photograph the package and contact us with your order number. If an order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, we will review the issue with the delivery partner and arrange an appropriate remedy under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
